All realized mobility activities were beneficial both for individual mobility participants and for involved universities and local environment. Students gained further professional knowledge in their field during their study stays. The knowledge and experience gained in a completely different environment has also contributed to their personal growth and thus the students have increased their chances in the labour market. Teaching visits of academic staff led to gaining new knowledge applicable in teaching at home universities, lists of professional contacts were extended, and the cooperation has intensified in the form of negotiating further project activities. Part of the teaching stays of IAU academic staff at UJEP was monitoring their own students at UJEP. All mobility flows contributed to the creation of a multicultural environment at the two involved universities, to the substantial promotion of their reputation, to the knowledge of other cultures and wider awareness of both countries and their cities. The added value of some of the realised staff mobilities has been further arrangement of cooperation in science and research and joint scientific conferences. The project contributed significantly to intensified cooperation with the partner university and to meeting the strategic objectives of the two institutions in the field of international cooperation.
